A bit about Mode Building Solutions

Mode Building Solutions is a locally owned Tauranga building company which has been in operation since February 2008. Managing Director, Chris Drummond, has over 24 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. He is a Licensed Building Practitioner and a Registered Master Builder. Chris has worked in New Zealand and abroad and has been involved in renovation projects, new home builds and commercial construction including high rise apartment buildings in Vancouver, Canada.

Chris employs a small team of qualified and experienced employees, all of whom he is proud to say are hard-working and loyal, with the same work ethic as Chris himself. Chris and his team strive to ensure that any building project is completed on time, to an excellent standard and with the utmost respect of the home owner. Mode’s vision is to build excellence, and to do it once and do it right. The small team approach means that Mode Building Solutions will be involved in no more than two projects at any one time, allowing the personal touch on every aspect of your build.

To help you get started, Mode Building Solutions have access to a range of house plans that can assist you with your design inspirations. Chris and his team are always available to provide the advice you need, from start to finish. Building a new home can be a complex and often daunting process, but Chris and his team will work with you to ensure the process is a straight forward and enjoyable one, regardless of the size or complexity of the project. Chris’s attention to detail and good communication and organisational skills will mean a successful outcome for you and your new home.
